East Bay City was, if memory serves, a fine Boston band in the late 70's - no idea when they broke up, if ever. Leader: Bob Connors, bone (88H), Trpt - Dave Whitney, Cornet- Paul Monat. If they were using tuba, it would have been Stu Gunn, I think. They used to play a big room in a converted warehouse near Boston Garden. Regards, Ed Stoddard
