Hello all,

The Jelly Roll Morton website has been updated with an absolutely
magnificent full-scale article, which features Anita Gonzales and Bob
Kirstein in a 1-hour long radio broadcast from September 1950.

Overseeing this very rare broadcast by Anita Gonzales was Floyd Levin ---
and details as to the background of the broadcast are provided within the
article.

Each person down the line who have been involved with this project have been
credited --- but special kudos to Brian Goggin who, along with myself,
worked very hard with the transcription, Gary Rametta, who provided some
photographs of the now defunct radio station in Hollywood.

The article also includes 12 tunes played by Jelly Roll. This is a "NOT TO
BE MISSED" rare item from the archives, and should read by anyone who has an
interest in Jelly Roll.

The above item can be accessed from the UPDATED BOX at:

Musically yours

Mike
