[Dixielandjazz] Dixieland - band names etc

 When trying to choose a non controversial name for my jazz radio station
Doug Landau - Editor of New Orleans Music magazine - came up with - "The Hot
Jazz Channel" which is what we've used. We'd thought of New Orleans but
that's too restrictive, Dixieland is also restrictive and controversial in
that no-one can decide what it is. The name we're using gives us scope to
play pretty much what we like from the vast OKOM body of music without
getting into pointless time-consuming arguments.
