[Dixielandjazz] Pronouncing "Enevoldsen"

Gerard and Jerry, I've always said "ENN-vold-son," because that's what every
jazz DJ I ever listened to said. I've heard other people say
"ENN-eh-vold-son." I hadn't heard "enn-VOLD-son" before. His ancestry is
Danish, but he was born in Montana, so it's probably anybody's guess. He
was a great modern-mainstream player who also played sax and bass.
