You're probably right about this, but the point of this message is that it 
reminded me that, some years ago, the Swedish saxophonist Arne Domnerus made 
a jazz version of the Norwegian national anthem ("Ja, vi elsker ... "). This 
was immediately banned in Norway, and as far as I know, still is.
