There's a device you can buy for applying labels. You put the label on
it, sticky side up, over a post that's the size of the hole in the label.
Then you put the CD on this spring-loaded part, label side down, and
press it over the label. When it pops back up, the label is right where
it belongs. Mine is called CD STOMPER, and I've never had a wrinkle. I
think I got it at OfficeMax, but I wouldn't be surprised to find it on
line somewhere.
