That pretty much nails it shut. Even from the beginning. Like there is a
large body of expert opinion out there claiming the ODJB tempos were speeded
up to fit the "time" constraint of the 78's.

And lots of idiots like me who agree with them. Including my own opinions
that what we hear played on most all 78s studio recordings is not at all
what the bands played like live.

Especially Pop's and the Hot 5, Hot 7. Heck they never even played live so
as good as we think they are, those 2 bands would have blown the doors down
in live performances. (IMO). Proof? Compare "Ambassador Satch" with "Hot 7".

No, no, not that thread again. Heck, why not? The list is 50% different
since we last discussed it. :-) VBG.
