[Dixielandjazz] Russians In Sacramento

Some years ago, when the Cold War was still on, we had a Russian band at our 
Sacramento Jazz Jubilee.  They had a couple people with them who were 
supposed to be translators but were really KGB.

I remember (just for kicks) I wanted to start a rumor that one of the 
musicians was going to defect.  I wanted to see how far & fast the rumor 
would spread.  But then I thought better of it & did not do it.
