Bob;

I picked that Arbors CD a couple of months ago. I was initially skeptical
but one listen was all it took. There was one cut on which one of the
violinists Mac Ceppos was so taken with Wild Bill's music that he suddenly
took a solo on his own out of the blue and trading 4's with Wild Bill.

Arbors, to their credit, did what so many minor labels did during the late
30's and early 40's - reissue recordings made by the major labels. In this
case, it's 2 Columbia LP's - "Pretty Wild" and "With Strings Attached".

This is lyrical jazz at it's best.
