Band Leader List Mates:

Here is an example of the type of gigs that are readily available to ØKOM
bands. Carelli is an accomplished musician band/leader who plays all over
NYC at events such as this one he lists below.

This group plays Great American Songbook tunes and has a broad Swing
repertoire, as well as more current music.

All sorts of opportunities are out there for OKOM.

Cheers,
Steve Barbone

Subject: Ninth Avenue International Food Festival Time Change

Greetings Friends!

This weekend, Gerard Carelli and his Orchestra will be performing on Sunday,
May 15th at the Ninth Avenue International Food Festival. We will be
playing from 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm on Sunday at the 38th Street Stage. This is
an excellent opportunity to hear the 8-piece band and enjoy incredible food!

The Ninth Avenue International Food Festival is open to the general public
and admission is free. The festival runs from 37th street to 57th street
on Ninth avenue on May 14th and 15th from 11:00am to 7:00pm each day.

With the possible exception of the feast of San Gennaro, the Ninth Avenue
Festival is the oldest street festival in New York City. Its purpose is to
work with various community and city agencies on behalf of local merchants
and to support worthy neighborhood causes.
