[Dixielandjazz] Actors faking playing

Hi,
what about the guy who played Ray Charles in `Ray`.
I haven`t seen the film but the clips on the TV look pretty good.

Incidentally I was having a beer outside a bar in South Beach Miami about 10 
days ago when he, whatever his name is , rolled up with a couple of 
heavyweight minders and a bevy of girls and held court just in the bars 
entrance. Wendy promptly went Dhulali, chased off and managed to get a 
picture of herself with the guy. It was interesting to see him switch to 
`star mode` at the press of a camera button. Out came the smile etc., just 
like turning on a light.

Does anyone know if he can actually play?
