[Dixielandjazz] Help needed for an author

I am trying to help an author with research into the spread of New Orleans
jazz from the city and he needs a copy of a book that I can't so far find
for him.
The book is by Jim Godbolt and titled "A History Of Jazz In Britain 1950 -
1970". He already has the companion volume (1919 to 1950) but needs the
1950/1970 one urgently.
If any listmember can help locate an available copy I'd love to hear from
