[Dixielandjazz] Broken Promises

I checked Rust JR, Kinkle, "Billboard book of top 40 hits", Anderson index,
"Great American Song Thesaurus", Whitburn's "Pop memories", the indexes of
my fake books (I copied the indexes of most of my fake books and bound 'em
into one volume.) 

Nada. Either an ultra obscure tune or the title is incorrect.
