THE CREOLE BAND HAS A NEW WEBSITE
Yep, it's all new with a completely revised design, more than 100 photos including 
lots of "fan" shots and several pages of shots taken at the Bix Beiderbecke jazz 
festival, a new "message board" page that allows you to post your own message,

CREOLE BAND TO PLAY CAMPBELL METHODIST FISH FRY
Join us this Saturday, September 11 from 5-6 at Campbell United Methodist Church, 
1747 E. Republic Road in Springfield, Missouri. The band will play for an all-you-can 
eat fish fry, $7/adults, $3/children, to raise funds for a new 24-passenger bus 
which will be used by the church day care program, the elderly, and the youth 
group. The band plays from 5-6 but the event goes until 8:00. For more info,

CREOLE BAND TO PLAY SCHWEITZER METHODIST PICNIC
Join us this Sunday, September 12, noon till 1:00 for the annual Schweitzer United 
Methodist Church picnic, 2747 E. Sunshine in Springfield.

FIVE YEARS OF SUNDAY NIGHTS
This month the Creole Dixieland Jazz Band celebrates five years of Sunday nights 
at Arris' Pizza. Thank you to Arris' and to all of you who continue to come hear 
hot New Orleans jazz every Sunday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Your support is greatly

MARDI GRAS MONDAYS AT JOEY'S ONLY SEAFOOD
Every Monday night is "Mardi Gras Monday" at Joey's Only Seafood. The Creole 
Band plays from 6-8 and the restaurant features a special cajun menu that night. 
We've played at Joey's Only Seafood for 15 months now and are still going strong 
--- thanks to you! Thanks for making Joey's the place to be on Monday nights.

GREAT TUNES
We've played lots of terrific old tunes lately: "Weary Blues", "Willie The Weeper", 
"I Can't Give You Anthing But Love", "The Shiek of Araby", "Hindustan", "Beale 
Street Blues", "Tishomingo Blues", "Somebody Stole My Gal", "Lotus Blossom",
