I have a piece of music called "Sud Bustin Blues" composed in 1924 by Steve Lewis, Peter Bocage and AJ Piron - will send you each a copy.  Don't know about Parham's recording "Sud Buster's Dream - maybe it's the same tune, maybe not.  You can compare the music with the recording and maybe you can post your findings.
