Listmates,

I just attributed the phrase: "the baton IS the boss.  There is no visual 
delay there whatsoever.  You crash your cymbal when the baton hits bottom" 
to Steve Barbone.

My mistake, I think it was stated by Kash.

But I still pose the question - "when does the cymbal crash occur?"

Sorry 'bout that.
