I once told Tony Bennett that I made a lot of money playing "I left My Heart 
In SF" at the piano bar.  For years, I'll bet I played it, by request, 5 
times a night.

I asked Tony if he was tired of singing that song.  He said no.  But, I'll 
bet he was & just would not admit it to his fans.
