[Dixielandjazz] Tony Bennett, "Left My Heart In SF"

Did he ask you for royalties? : )

I'd heard a rumor that he purchased all rights to that song and tries to 
prevent others from professionally singing and recording it.  Anyone know if 
there's any truth behind that?
