It is almost that time again. But first, a commercial.
Have you checked out The Boondocker Gift shop at
http://www.theboondockers.com
Click on Gift Shop.
Be the first on your block to show up at Giovanni's with your own,
Boondocker shirt, hat or Frisbee.
Also, remember Christmas is almost here. You still have time to order
Boondocker items and get them delivered before December 25.
You might also think about the Boondocker CDs. Find info on ordering them
on the main page. Or check with our "seedy" ladies at the next Boondocker
gig.
On December 8th, 6:00 - 9:00 PM, The Almost, but not quite world famous
Boondockers will once again hold forth at Giovanni's Pizzeria.
Most of the gang will be back from their travels, Bill Gunter on washboard,
Jim Maihack trombone, Paul Edgerton clarinet and yours truly, Bob Ringwald
on piano.
Alan Ginter, bass, will be subbing for Darrell Fernandez and Bob Sakoi will
again be filling in for Gary Church on trumpet as Gary is on
the Road with Mel Tillis.
Ralph Thompson is having his right hand operated on so in his place, the
great banjo picker Don Schumaker will be filling in. Remember, Don was also
once a Boondocker. "Once a Boondocker, always a Boondocker..."
Ralph says he'll be at Giovanni's anyway as it only takes one hand to eat
pizza and drink beer.
Join us & bring along a friend or two. This is too much fun to keep secret.
Be sure to bring a healthy appetite as Giovanni's has really good
Pizzas and salads.
