The singer with gospel singer/guitarist Blind Willie Johnson on his Columbia records made on:
5 Dec 1928 in Dallas, Tex
11 Dec 1929 in New Orleans
20 April 1930 (my birthday!) in Atlanta, Ga.
is now accepted as being Willie B Richardson (later Willie B Harris). She was Blind Willie Johnson's first wife.
Contrary to earlier accounts it seems that she, rather than his second wife Angeline, is on all the above (of which I
have full details).
I have about 9 of the 31 titles Johnson recorded for Columbia. 
Johnson's other Columbia record sessions (3 Dec 1928 and 10 Dec 1929) are solo vocal/guitar performances.
