The Tex Wyndham version of this masterpiece is called "The Boot Goes
On".  He uses the igor Stravinsky arrangement inwhich the tune is played
in F=sharp, but one chord in C major covers the whole thing.  Also, it's
in 5/4, 7/4 and 11/16 time, at varying points.  They played it during
the CD party for "Brittney Goes Jitney"/

Tex even took his glove off for that one.
