Maybe this 'scam' by the band is the reason that they do not appear to have 
visited the UK for a number of years. British jazz followers can see through 
someone trying to make a fast buck by trading on a reputation of a once great 
jazz band which now, from what I have heard, relies on second raters   going 
through the motions mainly for Japanese tourists.
