When I lived in Chicago back in the mid 1990's I used to sub for Mike
Walbridge in the Florsheim Five for the games he couldn't make. The Leader
of the group is a Trumpet player named Ted Butterman and his email is:
mailto:Drjazztb@aol.com . They also have a page on Ted's website
http://www.DixieSwing.com . A liitle known fact is that Florsheim Shoes
used to sponsor the group, at least when I played with them, and part of the
uniform was a pair of their tennis shoes.
