[Dixielandjazz] Florsheim Five info needed (Cubs Dixieland Band)

The Cubs band was (is) led by Ted Butterman, cornet  player, and had at
times Kim Cusack, Jim Beebe (?), Russ Phillips and other Chicago players.
Jim Beebe or Charlie Hooks on this list can fill you in much more.
