I use a program called CATraxx which you can find at :-
http://www.fnprg.com/
It does pretty much everything you mentioned. You can download
a demo which is fully functional, but with a limit on the number
of entries.
As was mentioned, the info for some OKOM CDs is not always available
from the internet databases, but CATraxx lets you upload it once you
have typed the data in, so it is available for the next person.
