Dear friends, Al Jolson recorded a patriot song "Hello Central, Give Me No-Man's-Land" for Columbia on 3 April 1918. Has anyone heard it? Was it composed by Walter Melrose?. (Just kidding about the Melrose bit.) Kind regards, Bill.
