[Dixielandjazz] Tubists & High Notes combined - were seperate threads

The Canadian Brass has or had a tubist who played very quickly.  I think he 
used butterfly valves instead of the traditional pistons.  I don't recall 
the range, but the group featured him on Flight of the Bumblebee, which 
moves around a bit.
