Sad news indeed. Jack was a good friend. I helped him
struggle with a computer he used for his teaching and
he helped me struggle with my clarinet.

Nicky, his wife, said one of his last requests was that
his funeral should NOT be a sombre affair. So no black
ties and everyone must celebrate his life.
