Just to let you know, I am saving some of these "gems of jazz" stories by Don 
Ingle, Jim Beebee, Gene Mayl, et al for that fabulous book I hope to write 
someday on the Inside Score.  (Not really, since these are your words and 
therefore, your intellectual property, but I for one, deeply appreciate 
knowing what the golden days were like from a musician's viewpoint.)
