Pat, I have to say that I find this hard to believe...Armstrong and his
band perfoming with straight ties and different suits. I defy you or anyone
to produce a picture of this. He and the band always wore their
uniform-suits with black bow ties.
If what you say is true then there had to be some extenuating circumstances.
Anyway, can anyone produce a picture of Armstrong's band with different dress
and straight ties?
