... sorry folks... but I respectfully disagree... you can be the most 
musically and technically perfect band but if you fail to entertain your 
audience, you will FLOP - BIGTIME. 

The name of the game (for success) is to entertain.  All of the razz-ma-tazz 
without good musicianship will FAIL... but perfect musicianship with a little 
pissazz will take you down the road towards success...Just about true in 
everything in life.  Success is finding the right balance.
