Tony Scott played with our band around 1968/1969. Have never, ever heard a
clarinet played like he played it! He could play Dixieland, also, but this
link is quite modern. Stick with the video, and be sure to listen on
something better than a cellphone. There are some great passages. If you
don´t like the gyrations, just look away. Tony can be heard playing with

.look for videos. Later, he got involved with meditation, and his
music took a big swing. Put out gobs of recordings, though.
Yes, he was that mad on stage. Played louder than any trumpet! But, could
play really low and very quiet, also. He stayed at my house while looking
for a place to stay. I had to find him a dentist, as his teeth hurt him
(probably from biting so hard on the mouthpiece for those ridiculous high
notes).
He played with us for a bit of time, cant remember now, but it might have
been a few weeks. We were working nitely during those years (from midnight
to 4am!)
