[Dixielandjazz] Roy Brewer RIP

I just heard from Roy Brewer’s son that Roy passed away on Sept 28. 

Roy was a film editor for Disney. He was also very active in the Los Angeles jazz scene for many years, producing jazz concerts and fronting his own band. Roy was also the first trombone player in my Great Pacific Jazz Band when I FORMED THE BAND IN APROX 1980. 

RIP Roy.
