On a much lesser scale I was told that much of George Buck's material was
lost in the wake of Katrina.I found out about it after an inquiry about a
date I did with Ernie Carson. Jim  Beatty and some other fine players in
the Northwest that to my knowledge was never issued.  Ernie had put
together a great bunch of lesser known finds that I thought went well.  Too
bad.  Pete Pepke.
