That world champion of jazz thing was in Indianapolis if memory serves.  I saw the band at the much-missed Sticky Wicket Pub around that time.

Good morning Marek.
There were four Max Collie GHB CDs:
"On Tour in the USA".
BCD-63, 83,98 and 212
All recorded Live, Big Horn Underground, Atlanta, Georgia . March 15-21, 1974.

PS: I grew up in Jazz with Max in Melbourne, Australia before he went to England.
We kept in contact irregularly and visited each other here and England until his musical retirement.
