Wow.
That is a tough request.
No details to work from. 
However, I suspect that your friend has the “Lost Sessions" Russian(?) produced ‘Jazz Highway’ CDs.
Very likely, taken from three 2005 Storyville DVDs, “Art Hodes’ Jazz Alley, Vols. 1, 2 & 3”.
Quite a few of the Jazz Alley program videos can be found on YouTube.
And some audio tracks can be googled.
It has been fun, listening and checking the personnels I have.
Some surprises there, which I have included.
However, all comments are welcome.
