This goes for dixieland, other jazz, and classical. And, it goes back over 600 years or so. It’s amazing to think what was played that’s not been recorded or written down.

Great stuff, thanks Jim.
Just imagine how many great things have been played that were not recorded. We are lucky to have what we have.

Great video featuring Teddy Buckner and lots of others as there are songs from different periods. This video is new to me. Brings back such wonderful memories of how great Teddy was on the trumpet and all my visits to the Beverly Caverns in Los Angeles to hear him in the late 1950’s. What a lovely person he was, also. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPdCL6wq0eg
Enjoy (I certainly did!), Jim
