I usually keep my trap shut 'cause it gets me into trouble. But, here's what I use to capture ANY audio that plays through my 'puter:
Audio Hijack by Rogue Amoeba.
Full disclosure: the CEO is a former student.
Also, in Firefox, you can choose Page Info from the Tools menu, click on the Media tab and scroll down the list to video or audio (under Type), depending on which one you seek.
If you use an older version of Safari, you can choose Activity under the Window menu and scroll down to find the video or audio. You could also choose View Source under the View menu to find the audio or video, but it can be time consuming to find it in that window. Neither of those methods require any extra software.
