[Dixielandjazz] Gratitude

I have already mentioned this subject, and here I am again - this time
thanking listmate Paige van Vorst for the New Orleans label.  It seems that
we should not forget Trevor Richards for his CDs, or Barry Martyn for his
MONO and Dixie labels, and for his efforts at issuing the American Music
CDs.
