[Dixielandjazz] Forrie Cairns and Cy (was Wally Fawkes Birthday)

Marek asked about where George Webb fitted in. We come in a circle back
to Wally Fawkes. Wally recently told me 'George Webb was always ready
for a fight. That's why he played the piano with clenched fists.'
