[Dixielandjazz] Mick Pyne and Stan Greig

Mick Pyne was a wonderful pianist indeed, and his "Alone Together" record
is a gem.  In his case, the title is true - he plays "alone together" on
several number (both piano and cornet).  The liner notes, by the way, are
listmate Steve Voce (and by Charles Fox).
