That song and others by Julie London in that period bring back 
poignant memories.  I spent all of 1964 at a small U.S. Air Force 
detachment on frigid, remote St. Lawrence Island in the Bering 
Sea.  My only sex life was listening to a couple of Julie London LPs 
and gazing at her picture on the covers.  I still love that woman.
