[Dixielandjazz] Visiting musicians

To clarify my references to “grey haired” musicians, that wasn’t a put-down of the players, who are often terrific former boppers now playing traditional jazz for a living. I was tweaking the audiences who see the old players and imagine that to signal authentic early-style jazz.
