Hi Folks,
Bob advises:
A local musician friend (String Bass & Tuba) is downsizing his home and 
selling off some of his equipment. He told me he has 2 pair of 
liederhosen with harnesses that he wants to sell.

German-speaking listmates will be interested in the concept of singing 
(as distinct from leather) trousers. This raises further philosophical 
issues: do the trousers themselves sing or are they trousers worn for 
the purpose of singing, and if the latter, what makes them different 
from ordinary trousers? Possibly they may have a truss already 
tailored-in to help a tenor reach those hernia-inducing high notes?
