Recently British Vocalion released two CD's with 4 programs long ago 
issued
by the BBC Transcription series. It concerns Programs no.82, 83, 86 and 87
from late 1959. Included are the Tony Crombie Band, Eddie Thompson Trio,
Mike Daniels' Delta Jazzmen, Lennie Felix Trio, Tony Kinsey Quartet, Vic 
Ash
Quintet, Alex Welsh Band and Dill Jones Trio. The announcer is David 
Jacobs.
And some years ago Upbeat issued cd's with BBC Transcription recordings 
from
late 1962.
