Listmate clarinetist/bandleader Steve Barbone of Philadelphia area responds
about the "I've Got A secret" TV show with drummer Tony Sbarbaro and
colleague trombonist Eddie Edwards of ODJB appearing as guests. They
stumped the panel. A reconstituted band plays that original number.

Thanks, Steve. Good to get the feed-back.

Norm, what a kick for me. Back in the early 1960s I sat in a Nick's with 3
different bands. Once with Napoleon leading, once with Pee Wee Irwin leading
and once with Billy Maxted leading. Tony Spargo (Sbarbaro) was the drummer
in all three bands. He had great time, solid accents on those 3 different
dates. He was a wonderful man who gave several lessons to the drummer in a
college dixieland band, (Dick Sherman) in which I played clarinet. Those
were the days.
Cheers,
Steve Barbone
