Back in May this year I submitted to this list a copy of a review of the
above book which I had submitted to Amazon. I described the book as a
disappointment and was pretty critical of it.
A review by Ricky Riccardi has appeared in the Summer 2014 issue of

 Mr Riccardi also has many criticisms and takes issue with many of
Brothers' conclusions.
