[Dixielandjazz] Mildred Bailey date of birth

I'm not sure if Scott Wenzel wrote the text of the magnificent booklet that accompanies Mosaic's 10-CD set. Certainly he produced this fine album. The notes say that Mildred Bailey was born in 1903, the same year as Bing Crosby. 'For years her birthday was given as 1907....She undoubtedly started using this later date in the mid-'30s when she began working with her husband, Red Norvo, who was born in 1908, and didn't want the world to know that "Mrs Swing" was five years older than "Mr Swing." In a 1932 article under her own name, Bailey gives 1904 as her birth date.'
