Hi Bob,

There is nothing wrong with the existing format with the possible exception 
of being unable to add attachments. Even that is something we have lived 
with  without major trauma..

My only brush with FB is a stream of people of whom I have never heard who 
suddenly wish to be my friend.

I have only knowledge of other `social media` sites from observing my 
grandchildren's absorption.

This seems to consist mainly of receiving a message which says Wot U duin? 
The reply to this is to take a `selfie` (see how on the ball I am?) 
depicting a face with cross-eyes and tongue stuck out.
This apparently passes for a conversation.

I am sure that were I a star or even a band leader FB would be a great place 
to promote myself. As it is I can I cannot envisage any one in the wide 
world who is the slightest interested in the fact that I do not feel very 
well today, had no breakfast and have slept the morning away beside a 
roaring fire.

If the working musicians among us wish to branch off and promote themselves 
through FB so be it but please let us continue with the present format if 
possible.

Otherwise you may be presented with the unpleasant prospect of Bill H and I 
skipping, hand in hand, towards the sunset.
