Hi Bob

 

Nice to hear from you.


Dad is going along ok - memory is getting worse by the day and he is sleeping more and quite apathetic about life.

 

I have carers come in three times a week to ensure that he showers and if they have enough time he goes out for a while.

 

Occasionally ( very occasionally ) my sister comes to see dad. That's another story ( and not a good one ) Poor dad feels it and he knows in the back of his mind that she puts in zero effort.

 

I took him to the movies last Friday to see Jersey Boys - fantastic movie, and he had a good time, but five minutes after leaving he had forgotten that he had seen it.

 

He can't even check emails anymore but if you want to send him an email to my email address I will print it out and give it to him to read.
